The role of a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and rewarding position designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Lane Servers are expected to be knowledgeable about the menu, ongoing promotions, and special events, and to communicate these offerings enthusiastically to guests, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits. Regularly checking in on guests to address their needs or resolve any issues is a key part of the job, as is helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center. Being team-oriented and proactive in recommending add-ons or upselling the center's entertainment options are also important aspects of the Lane Server’s role.

This position is well-suited for individuals who are at least 18 years old, possess a minimum of two years of related experience, and are committed to delivering outstanding guest service. The Lane Server role also involves standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting in a lively entertainment environment.
