Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms. It operates over 360 locations across North America, providing diverse experiential offerings that range from bowling and amusements to water parks and family entertainment centers. Renowned for its high-energy environment and commitment to delivering memorable experiences, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which is the major league of bowling and a fast-growing media property with millions of fans worldwide. With a strong presence in the entertainment industry, the company focuses on combining fun, excitement, and top-tier customer service to create vibrant atmospheres where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. The role of a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment is integral to maintaining the vibrant and engaging atmosphere the company is known for. As a Lane Server, you will be a world-class ambassador of the entertainment center, responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service while enjoying the facility’s signature food and beverage offerings. This part-time position offers a competitive wage starting at $9.00 per hour, with shifts primarily during the evening and night, including weekend availability, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible scheduling alongside a dynamic work environment.

Lane Servers take on the responsibility of taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders, learning and promoting the menu, specials, and promotions, and consistently checking back with guests to ensure their satisfaction. The role demands a commitment to great guest service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve guest questions, requests, or issues promptly. Given the typical fast-paced entertainment environment, the job also involves assisting in keeping the center clean and setting up, stocking, and organizing your assigned work area.

This position is particularly suited to individuals who thrive in team-oriented settings and enjoy engaging with people. Employees are encouraged to recommend and upsell various center experiences, enhancing guest enjoyment while contributing to the business’s success. Lucky Strike Entertainment emphasizes creating a rewarding work atmosphere, reflected in perks such as free bowling, discounted arcade play, and significant discounts on events, food, and beverages. Working as a Lane Server is more than a job; it is an invitation to be part of an exciting culture that balances fun, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package that varies by position but includes healthcare coverage and other valuable rewards.

To qualify for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol. While a high school diploma is optional, 2 years of related experience is preferred. The physical demands of the role typically include walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance. If you are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences and eager to start your next adventure in a lively and engaging work environment, Lucky Strike Entertainment welcomes you to apply and start making your own luck today.
