This Lane Server role at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a compelling opportunity for service-oriented individuals to join a lively, fun-filled atmosphere. As a Lane Server, you will be a key ambassador who ensures guests enjoy not only world-class food and beverages from the signature menu but also an overall memorable entertainment experience. This is a part-time position paying $14.15 per hour plus tips, with evening and night shifts that include weekend availability. The role requires a dynamic person capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to both guest satisfaction and team success. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders, become familiar with menu items and promotions to effectively communicate these to guests, and follow up consistently to ensure a great experience. Beyond direct customer service, maintaining your work area setup and cleanliness and recommending additional experiences to enhance guest enjoyment are central to your duties. This role will also demand physical stamina as it involves walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting with assistance.
