With over 360 locations across North America, this vibrant company provides unique experiential offerings designed to create unforgettable moments for guests of all ages. Beyond its physical entertainment venues, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league bowling organization boasting millions of fans worldwide. This connection not only strengthens its footprint in the entertainment industry but also amplifies its position as a premier entertainment platform with a growing media presence. The company’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is reflected in the welcoming and dynamic atmosphere at each of its locations. Whether you are a visitor looking for fun or a professional seeking to be part of an engaging team, Lucky Strike Entertainment presents many opportunities to grow and thrive.

As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will step into an energetic work environment where every day is different and filled with customer interactions that bring a rewarding sense of accomplishment. Your role is crucial as you become one of the world-class ambassadors representing the brand. Lane Servers take on more than just serving food and beverages; they create memorable experiences for guests by delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $12.14 along with performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage and a variety of additional benefits. The company encourages growth and values team players who are friendly, approachable, and committed to providing welcoming and attentive service.

In your day-to-day activities as a Lane Server, you will take and deliver food and beverage orders while ensuring that guests’ needs are met promptly and thoroughly. You will learn the menu and promotions, advising guests on specials and upselling the center’s unique experiences. Regularly checking in with guests, handling questions or concerns, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace also fall within your responsibilities. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a lively entertainment environment where walking, bending, and standing are frequently required. To qualify for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old, as well as meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol. Although a high school diploma is optional, previous experience of two years in a related role is preferred. Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters a culture where employees enjoy perks such as free bowling, discounted arcade play, and reduced prices on food, beverages, and events, creating an enjoyable and rewarding workplace.

Working at Lucky Strike Entertainment means becoming part of a team dedicated to making every guest’s visit exceptional. The role of Lane Server is ideal for energetic, team-oriented individuals who thrive in social, fast-paced settings and who want to contribute to the success of a top-tier entertainment company.
