The Locker Room Attendant position is situated within the Ladies Locker Room department under the direct supervision of Sandy Mixon. This role is essential to ensuring that the Ladies Locker Room, including the card room and related facilities, are maintained in pristine condition and offer a pleasant atmosphere for members and their guests. The Locker Room Attendant will be highly visible and personable, tasked with providing excellent customer service and addressing the needs of members in a friendly and professional manner. This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek, with uniforms provided and laundered for convenience. Paid benefits are also included for full-time employees, enhancing the overall job satisfaction and work-life balance.
The main responsibilities involve caring for the card and locker rooms, managing inventory and supplies, and assisting with food and beverage service. The attendant must be comfortable using the Jonas Computer system for food and beverage orders as well as the Cedar Creek system for requisitions. Flexibility is a key aspect of the role, as the attendant may be called upon to work in other departments when needed. Physical capability is required to lift and carry trays, and bartending or additional service skills are considered valuable assets. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- ability to lift and carry trays
- proficiency in using computer systems such as Jonas and Cedar Creek
- excellent communication skills
- flexible and willing to work in other departments when asked

Job Duties
- Service all the food and beverage needs for the Ladies Card Room
- be fully versed in the Jonas Computer system for F&B orders as well as Cedar Creek for requisitions
- greet the members and their guests in a friendly manner at all times
- maintain the Ladies Locker Room in an orderly fashion, to include tables, chairs, supplies, and equipment
- keep the food, beverage, and dishware clean and stocked, including pantry items, liquor, and miscellaneous items
- aide in keeping the Powder Room cabinets clean, towels and toiletries stocked, and organized
- report all repairs and maintenance problems to your Supervisor
- perform all other duties as requested by your Supervisor and the Club Manager
