The candidate must be able to maintain balance while ascending or descending heights and be comfortable working around industrial equipment and potentially hazardous materials. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of the plant.

Employees in this role will demonstrate accountability by recording proof of cleaning and sanitation, interacting professionally with others, and adhering strictly to department and company procedures. The job requires flexibility as duties may evolve over time to meet business needs, emphasizing adaptability and a team-oriented approach.

In addition to a competitive role within a respected industry leader, Baker Commodities offers excellent benefits including paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and an available retirement plan.
