Job Requirements
- admitted and member in good standing of the California, Illinois, or New York Bar
- 2-6 years of employment litigation experience
- strong academic credentials
- excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
- ability to work smoothly in a global and culturally diverse team
- preferred experience from major top-tier law firms
- federal judicial clerkship is advantageous
- must submit cover letter, transcripts, writing sample, and resume with application

Job Duties
- litigate complex and high-stakes employment disputes
- manage multijurisdictional class and collective litigation cases
- provide domestic and international employment law counseling
- collaborate with global teams on cross-border employment projects
- assist multinational clients with labor and employment issues
- communicate effectively with in-house counsel and managerial clients
- prepare legal documents and conduct research for employment litigation cases
