Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience
- 1-2 years as a Sous Chef or similar
- proven experience in high-volume kitchens
- knowledge of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

Job Duties
- Support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervise kitchen staff including line cooks and prep cooks
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- coordinate preparation and service of dishes during peak hours
- step into leadership roles in the absence of the Executive Chef
- assist with training new kitchen staff
- provide ongoing feedback to kitchen team
- ensure adherence to food safety guidelines
- assist in scheduling kitchen shifts
- oversee the preparation and cooking of menu items
- ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- manage food preparation stations
- assist in menu development
- help monitor kitchen inventory and assist in managing food orders
- maintain proper storage of ingredients
- adhere to food safety protocols
- ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained
- conduct daily food safety inspections
- ensure delivery of high-quality meals that meet guest expectations
- address guest concerns related to food quality
