Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Minimum 6 months experience in hospitality or related field
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must pass drug screen and motor vehicle record background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have valid driver's license with an official motor vehicle record that meets insurance criteria
- Minimum of 6 months hospitality or related industry experience
- Able to operate standard and automatic transmissions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Exceptional customer service demeanor including smile and welcoming attitude
- Excellent grooming and body language
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Excellent driving record
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Previous related experience highly preferred
- Willingness to undergo drug screen and MVR background check
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience
- Engage guests to provide superior service
- Ensure valets are staged to maximize guest experience
- Manage traffic at the front of the hotel
- Supervise valet and front drive staff
- Coordinate activity with Guest Service Agents to ensure timely delivery of luggage and vehicles
- Conduct key audits with the valet team at shift end
- Perform safety checks on parked vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of the front hotel area
- Notify Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals
- Load baggage in cars for departing guests
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned
