The role of Valet Supervisor at Omni La Mansion del Rio is pivotal in delivering outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure. This supervisory position involves overseeing valet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and welcoming service aligned with both guest expectations and Omni’s high standards. The Valet Supervisor plays an essential role in managing the valet team, coordinating activities at the front of the hotel, and maintaining an orderly work environment. This position demands a person with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills who is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while upholding a polished and professional appearance.
The Valet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and engaging positively with all guests. This role requires managing the flow of arrival and departure traffic, supervising valet and front drive staff, and coordinating efforts with Guest Service Agents to facilitate timely luggage and vehicle delivery. The supervisor will also conduct key audits at the end of shifts and perform safety checks on parked vehicles to uphold security standards. Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front hotel area is equally important to enhance the overall guest experience.
This leadership position requires a minimum of six months hospitality or related industry experience and the ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a capacity to work under pressure while remaining courteous and welcoming. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, as is a clean driving record and a valid Texas driver's license.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Minimum 6 months experience in hospitality or related field
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must pass drug screen and motor vehicle record background check

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience
- Engage guests to provide superior service
