Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in dining service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to understand and communicate the restaurant’s story and menu details
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years dining experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic math skills for handling billing and payments
Job Duties
- Act as an ambassador for La Lucha by sharing its unique and nostalgic story with guests
- Guide guests through the menu while explaining the history behind the restaurant
- Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences for each guest
- Work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Anticipate and proactively respond to guests’ needs by reading their demeanors
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to health and safety regulations
