The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is currently seeking an On Call La Hiki Food and Beverage Attendant to join their hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about service excellence and embody the spirit of aloha. The position involves performing duties as a Food Runner and Server Assistant, supporting restaurant operations at La Hiki Kitchen, a beautiful dining outlet located by the Serenity Pool. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down workstations and buffet areas, assisting servers with restaurant setup, maintaining cleanliness and organization, replenishing buffet items during service, fulfilling a la carte meal orders for all meal periods, and supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
The Food and Beverage Attendant plays a pivotal role in creating a delightful dining experience for guests by ensuring that food and beverage service runs efficiently and guests’ needs are addressed promptly. This position demands individuals who work well under pressure, are able to balance and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds, and have prior experience catering to high expectation guests.
