Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- At least three years of fine dining server experience preferred
- Proficiency in large tray service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to stand and walk during lengthy periods
- Ability to carry trays up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist special needs customers
- Must complete all required training within 9 months
- Must adhere to all policies and procedures including liquor laws and security guidelines
- Must work in an environment where smoking is permitted
- Must meet attendance guidelines and comply with company policies

- Calm and professional in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Report to work on time, well-groomed in full uniform with badge on upper left side of uniform
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
- Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language
- Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features
- Serve and clear tables, brush crumbs from tables, replenish beverages as needed
- Inquire about guest satisfaction promptly after main course is served
- Be familiar with check and cashiering procedures, hold and present checks properly
- Maintain attentive posture, make eye contact, smile, and have discreet demeanor
- Adhere to all policies and procedures including liquor laws and internal controls
- Assist co-workers and work as a team to provide outstanding service
- Complete designated opening and closing duties
- Review and understand all posted information and guest needs
- Pre-bus tables and maintain clean, organized work stations
- Follow tip-out procedures according to standards
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance about property and services
