Job Requirements
- legal to work in the US
- prior experience as a private chef with longevity
- living locally in Miami or within commutable distance
- ability to travel extensively to NY Aspen and UK
- valid driver’s license
- US-UK citizenship is a plus

- excellent training in multiple cuisines including Mediterranean French Japanese/sushi Levant Indian
- strong ability to source and select high-quality organic ingredients
- ability to adapt to a high-travel lifestyle

Job Duties
- prepare breakfast lunch and dinner primarily for two principals
- cook a variety of cuisines including Mediterranean French Japanese/sushi Levant Indian
- focus on clean healthy cooking with low sugar and low fat options
- source and purchase organic and high-quality ingredients
- occasionally entertain wider family and friends
- manage culinary needs while traveling with family to NY Aspen and UK
- ensure longevity and consistency in private home cooking role
