Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Valid driver’s license
- Candidates must live in the Bay Area
- Prior experience in a similar private household role
- Minimum of 4 years’ professional housekeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of fine surfaces and garment care
- Comfortable around infants and young children
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ professional housekeeping experience
- Proven responsibility for cleaning, laundry, and full organization of a large home (5+ bedrooms)
- Professional, polished, with strong attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and energetic with a warm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a broader household team
- Child-friendly and ideally willing to babysit on occasion (not a deal breaker)
- Strong knowledge of fine surfaces and garment care
Job Duties
- Daily thorough cleaning and deep cleaning of a 5+ bedroom home including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen, and bathrooms
- Complete laundry service, ironing, and wardrobe organization
- Organizing and maintaining children’s rooms, play areas, and baby equipment
- Running errands and supporting overall household organization
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for newborns and children
- Working collaboratively with the family to anticipate and meet household needs
