Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or fast food preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including standing and lifting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or fast food is an asset
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare product according to McDonald's standards
  • Stock-up kitchen to ensure there is sufficient stocked product for fast and efficient service
  • Follow food-safety standards at all times
  • Clean kitchen, stockroom and backroom areas as needed or when asked
  • Assist in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed or when asked
  • Help in controlling the cost of food by assisting to track waste and assist in inventorying product
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
