Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or fast food preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing and lifting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or fast food is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare product according to McDonald's standards
- Stock-up kitchen to ensure there is sufficient stocked product for fast and efficient service
- Follow food-safety standards at all times
- Clean kitchen, stockroom and backroom areas as needed or when asked
- Assist in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed or when asked
- Help in controlling the cost of food by assisting to track waste and assist in inventorying product
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
