- Experience in a kitchen, cafe, or commercial cooking environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Food Safety Certificate (desired)
- Commercial Cookery qualification (highly regarded but not essential)

Job Duties
- Assist in preparation and cooking of meals according to menu and dietary needs
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work areas
- Support stock rotation and inventory checks
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and resort teams
- Uphold safe work practices in line with OH&S requirements
