The Kitchen Team Member role at Cafe Zupas is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment focused on quality and hospitality. This position includes shifts such as soup cook, prep cook, dish, and lobby roles, primarily during daytime and early evening hours with no late nights or Sundays, supporting work-life balance. Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts per week
- kitchen experience preferred but not required
- quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- quick learner in a fast-paced environment
