Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
- ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
- ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people with professionalism
- ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- ability to move efficiently in bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older

- ability to operate kitchen machines and equipment including POS software and dishwashers
- effective communication skills with customers and team members
- ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
- basic knowledge of food preparation and safety practices
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- fulfill guest orders following company policies and procedures
- maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
- deliver food and assist guests as needed
- present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
- support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- answer questions about the hotel, area, and events
