Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
  • ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people with professionalism
  • ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
  • ability to move efficiently in bar and kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older

  • effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
  • basic knowledge of food preparation and safety practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
  • fulfill guest orders following company policies and procedures
  • maintain the food prep area in a clean and well-organized manner
  • deliver food and assist guests as needed
  • present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times
  • support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
  • answer questions about the hotel, area, and events
