This role, based at the property located at 7939 Essen Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness in the hotel’s Kitchen + Bar area. The Bartender position requires individuals who are 21 years or older, possess at least one year of bartending experience (with a preference for two or more years), and hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates who have completed two years of college are preferred, and must be able to obtain and maintain all relevant certifications as required by the company. This role demands the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, skillfully mix a diverse range of drinks, handle cash transactions accurately, and operate various machines and equipment integral to bar and kitchen operations. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and professionalism when dealing with guests and team members are critical for success in this role.
