Job Duties
- work in all aspects of the restaurant to gain experience and knowledge in pursuit of operational excellence
- build and manage quality team members
- coach, develop, and train team members to follow food safety closely
- serve on a leadership team and collaborate with other directors, managers, and the Owner/Operator
- meet and exceed goals, high standards, and expectations
- increase systems to create the safest food environment
- provide high quality guest service and create a remarkable guest experience
- create systems and procedures for designated specialty to grow the business
- perform safe and secure food safety audits
- develop team leaders through weekly director and team meetings
- create SMART goals for increasing safety audit scores
- lead, train, and support the three focus areas of the Winning Hearts Strategy: great food, fast and accurate service, and genuine hospitality
- work flexible schedules to support operations, guest demands, and staffing needs
- maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback
- support and influence operational and financial goals
- open and close the restaurant
- maintain a positive and supportive work environment ensuring food and team safety
- strictly adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- available to work 40-50 hours per week
