Job Requirements

  • You are 16 years of age or higher, per applicable law
  • You possess exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen stations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred but not required
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment

Job Duties

  • Work in multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
  • Prepare and cook food items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Manage time effectively to meet service demands
  • Assist with inventory and stock management as required
