Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or older per applicable law
- exceptional time management skills
- attention to detail
- ability to provide excellent guest service
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- basic math skills for portioning and inventory
- physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
Job Duties
- work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- prepare and cook food items according to company quality standards
- ensure cleanliness and organization of workstation
- maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management
- collaborate with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders
- uphold health and safety regulations
- provide excellent guest service through food preparation and presentation
