Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years or higher as per applicable law
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and preparation guidelines
- excellent time management and multitasking skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- good communication and guest service skills
Job Duties
- work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- prepare all Buffalo Wild Wings food items according to quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- participate in training and continuous improvement programs
