Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong time management and guest service skills
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Work in multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
  • Prepare and cook all menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings standards
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to meet order demand and guest satisfaction
  • Follow food safety and health regulations
  • Assist with inventory management as needed
