Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or older per applicable law
- ability to manage time effectively
- attention to detail
- excellent guest service skills
- willingness to work in multiple kitchen stations
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- work across multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- prepare and produce quality food items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen work areas
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- contribute to creating a positive guest experience through efficient and friendly service
