Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen work
- reliable transportation to and from work
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- strong attention to detail and time management
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items ensuring quality and consistency
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- manage time effectively to meet service demands
- support the training and development of new team members
