Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to follow company safety and security procedures
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Qualifications

- Basic math skills for cash register operation
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Following safety and security procedures as provided by the company
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience by taking orders, answering questions, and operating a cash register
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals including assistance with kiosk, table service, mobile orders, and McDelivery
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food following quality and safety standards
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and promote teamwork
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic through cleaning and sanitation tasks
