Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Capacity to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature settings
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to undergo training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Perform general customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups
- Use various methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles
- Move and lift 25+ pounds
- Work in various temperature environments
