Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting over 25 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary as training is provided
- strong customer service skills
- ability to accurately prepare food items following guidelines
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and working in different temperature environments
- willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departments
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including answering menu questions and addressing customer needs
- assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups following designated preparation guides
- follow company policies and procedures using methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions
- cross-train in other departments including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
- move and lift 25+ pounds
- work in various temperature conditions
