We also encourage employees to give back to their communities through our Panda Cares initiative, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility. Our associates enjoy flexible schedules, competitive pay, free meals during shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, short-term disability coverage, and access to 401(k) with company matching.
