Job Requirements

  • Must be at least some high school education
  • Ability to maintain standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a hot and noisy environment
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on location, obtained at employee's expense
  • Must have effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior operations experience is a plus
  • Completed some high school education

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and may be assigned to different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
  • Participate in training programs and career development opportunities
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
