Associates will learn to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adapt to dynamic work conditions, and communicate effectively with team members and guests.

Further rewarding this position, full-time Kitchen Team Associates gain access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and voluntary disability insurance, as well as retirement plans like 401(k) with company match. Benefits also include paid time off such as vacation, sick leave, bereavement leave, and referral bonuses. Employees also receive free meals during their shifts and associate discounts on a variety of brands. Career development is supported through ongoing leadership training and advancement opportunities into management roles. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a sometimes hot and noisy environment while providing exceptional service to guests.
