Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Food handler certification may be required at your expense depending on local regulations
- Ability to reach across counters measured at 36 inches
- Capacity to work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
- Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- Willingness to work at various positions including front counter, drive through and kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage conflicts
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions including front counter, drive through or kitchen
- Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Ensures compliance with food handling and safety standards
- Participates in hands-on training and adheres to company policies
