The company is deeply committed to fostering an environment where employees are inspired to improve their lives and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve. Panda Restaurant Group emphasizes family values and inclusivity, ensuring that their workplaces are supportive and equitable for all team members.

Currently, Panda Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join their team as Kitchen Team Associates. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about providing guests with exceptional dining experiences. Working as a Kitchen Team Associate at Panda offers opportunities for growth and career advancement, including paths to management roles.

The primary responsibilities of the Kitchen Team Associate revolve around maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. This involves welcoming guests, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring that the store remains clean and organized. Associates will be expected to work efficiently in different positions such as front counter, drive-through, and kitchen stations, adapting to the needs of each day while collaborating effectively with other team members. Panda values creating a supportive and safe work environment where employees feel valued and part of a cohesive team that enjoys working together.

In addition to daily operational duties, associates have the opportunity to engage in community outreach through Panda’s Panda Cares initiative, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to social responsibility and giving back. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work on one’s feet for extended periods while handling tasks that require precision and speed. Safety procedures and adherence to operational standards are paramount to ensure food safety and guest satisfaction.

Panda Restaurant Group also places strong emphasis on equal opportunity employment and complies with all federal, state, and local laws to provide workplace accommodations where necessary. The company seeks to maintain an inclusive workplace free from discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, age, disability, and veteran status.
