The Kitchen Team Associate position is essential for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for customers by cooking delicious food and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at candidate's expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage conflicts
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely including Chinese cook knives
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
