Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at employee's expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use kitchen tools including Chinese cook knife
  • Ability to work in hot and noisy environments
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedure to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment
  • Work at different positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
