Job Requirements

some high school education
food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at associate's expense
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
effective verbal communication skills
ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties

Provide exceptional dining experience to guests, greet guests, serve food and handle payments at cash register
maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment, including front counter, drive through or kitchen positions
collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
