The company stands out not only for its delicious food but also for its commitment to building an inspiring workplace where employees feel valued and motivated to improve their lives. Family values and community impact are at the core of Panda's mission, embodied in initiatives such as Panda Cares, which actively give back to communities. This vibrant company culture turns team members into friends, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and accomplishment.

The Kitchen Team Associate position at Panda Restaurant Group offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a friendly and dynamic team in a fast-paced setting. This role involves preparing and serving delicious food while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. It is an ideal position for those who thrive in supportive environments and are ready to learn new skills, whether or not they have prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. Panda Restaurant Group prioritizes not only the physical safety of its employees but also providing a respectful, inclusive environment that supports diversity and equal opportunity. The company complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and welcomes applicants from various backgrounds who are dedicated to contributing positively to the team and community.

Employment with Panda Restaurant Group comes with several rewarding benefits tailored to support employees' well-being and work-life balance. These include competitive pay, free meals during shifts, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive medical benefits (including vision and dental insurance) for full-time associates. Additional offerings include a 401K plan with company matching, paid vacation, sick leave, and specialized leave programs, plus associate discounts on many brands and referral bonuses.
