The company is currently hiring for the position of Kitchen Team Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a passion for cooking delicious food while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Entry-level candidates or those without prior experience are encouraged to apply as comprehensive paid training is provided to prepare new associates for success in their roles. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, ranging from $23 to $26 per hour, with pay determined by location and experience. The Kitchen Team Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring that operational standards and safety procedures are meticulously followed to serve fresh and high-quality food. Teamwork is highly valued in this role, with associates expected to collaborate effectively with their colleagues to meet daily goals in a positive work environment. Associates may be required to work at various positions including the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen, adapting quickly to the shifting demands of the workplace. To ensure compliance with local regulations, depending on location, Food Handler certification may be required, and this certification is to be acquired at the associate’s own expense.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment

  • Effective verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications
