Job Requirements

  • Able to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • maintain accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler certification may be required and must be acquired at own expense
  • must comply with all safety and operational procedures
  • willingness to work flexible schedules
  • must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for benefits

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • prior operations experience is a plus
  • completion of some high school education
  • ability to obtain food handler certification if required by local laws
