We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Team Associates. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and high-quality dining experience for our guests by preparing delicious food and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our kitchens. As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will become part of a collaborative team environment where you will learn new skills, embrace challenges, and grow your career. The position involves working in a fast-paced kitchen setting, adapting to different duties such as working the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen prep stations. We welcome candidates with or without experience; training will be provided to ensure your success. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and develop skills that can lead to management and leadership positions within the company. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute positively to your community through corporate social responsibility programs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting and serving guests, handling food orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, and adhering strictly to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of every meal served. You will work closely with fellow team members to meet daily goals while fostering a fun and supportive workplace atmosphere. The role requires stamina and physical capability, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in environments that may be hot and noisy. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations professionally are critical for success in this role.
Panda Restaurant Group values its employees by offering competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time associates. Additional benefits include 401(k) plans with company match, paid time off such as vacation and sick leave, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and ongoing training and leadership development programs. You will also receive hands-on paid training to prepare you for the responsibilities of the role and future career growth opportunities. By joining the Panda family, you not only work in a dynamic industry but become part of an organization dedicated to nurturing its team and influencing communities positively.
