In this role, team members are expected to work efficiently under pressure while supporting their colleagues to meet daily goals. Physical fitness and stamina are important, as the work involves standing for long periods, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and operating kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Panda values safety and operates within strict operational and sanitation guidelines to serve fresh and quality food. In addition to earning a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $25 based on location and experience, associates benefit from flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement into management or other leadership positions.
