Joining Panda Restaurant Group as a Kitchen Team Associate offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment while delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest service. The role involves cooking delicious menu items, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, and working efficiently across various stations such as the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen. Even candidates without prior experience are welcomed and offered hands-on paid training to ensure success. Associates are encouraged to develop valuable skills that pave the way for career growth, including leadership development programs for those aiming to move into management roles. Panda promotes a friendly and supportive workplace where team members become friends, making daily work enjoyable and fulfilling. Moreover, the company values employee well-being through flexible schedules, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits packages for full-time associates, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and retirement savings plans. This role demands a commitment to upholding operational standards, safety protocols, and delivering a memorable dining experience to every guest. Candidates must be able to work standing for long hours in a hot, fast-moving environment, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
