Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • minimum 5 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a similar working environment
  • ability to maintain professional demeanor
  • strong teamwork and delegation skills
  • experience with kitchen procedures and inventory management
  • proficiency in scheduling software such as HotSchedules
  • food handler certification preferred
  • 2 years preferred restaurant management experience
  • 5 years preferred line cooking experience

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise culinary team
  • ensure sufficient staffing
  • coach and guide team members
  • uphold company standards
  • produce quality meals consistently
  • implement opening, closing, and daily kitchen procedures
  • manage monthly inventory
  • maintain weekly schedule using HotSchedules
  • perform daily and weekly vendor food orders
  • work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
