Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- minimum 5 years of line cooking experience preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a similar working environment
- ability to maintain professional demeanor
- strong teamwork and delegation skills
- experience with kitchen procedures and inventory management
- proficiency in scheduling software such as HotSchedules
- food handler certification preferred
- 2 years preferred restaurant management experience
- 5 years preferred line cooking experience
Job Duties
- lead and supervise culinary team
- ensure sufficient staffing
- coach and guide team members
- uphold company standards
- produce quality meals consistently
- implement opening, closing, and daily kitchen procedures
- manage monthly inventory
- maintain weekly schedule using HotSchedules
- perform daily and weekly vendor food orders
- work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
