Job Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of 30+ hours on a weekly basis
- At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work weekends holidays and extended operating hours

Job Duties
- Hire train mentor and manage kitchen staff to ensure strong teamwork and professional growth
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Develop and maintain a positive respectful and inclusive work environment
- Ensure all team members understand and follow standard operating procedures safety protocols and customer service expectations
- Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation to ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain kitchen efficiency during peak times by managing workflow and staff rotations
- Ensure accurate portion control and adherence to all recipe guidelines
- Manage kitchen opening and closing procedures including cleaning restocking and equipment checks
- Enforce all local state and federal food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas equipment and utensils in compliance with health codes
- Conduct regular food safety and equipment inspections to ensure compliance
- Ensure proper food storage temperature control and allergen awareness
- Track inventory and place timely food and supply orders to prevent shortages
- Monitor and minimize food waste through effective prep and portion control
- Assist with menu planning product rotation and seasonal item adjustments
- Work with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Collaborate with front-of-house supervisors to ensure timely food service and guest satisfaction
- Respond quickly to food quality concerns or complaints and resolve them professionally
- Lead by example in maintaining a guest-first mindset throughout all kitchen operations
