Delaware North is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join their dynamic team at Lambeau Field. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. The Kitchen Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring that quality, consistency, and timeliness standards are met while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working in fast-paced culinary settings and have a strong commitment to service excellence. The Kitchen Supervisor will aid in supervising dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef, uphold sanitation practices, manage equipment usage, and assist with food preparation processes.

This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring food temperatures, ensuring proper storage, and conducting opening, closing, and side work duties as required. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing for extended periods, handling heavy equipment, and performing various manual tasks. Shift availability includes days, evenings, on-call, overnight, holidays, weekends, and special events, with overtime as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school education is desired
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
  • Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Aid in the supervision and observation of performance for the dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency and timeliness
  • Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of work area
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area
  • Utilize and sanitize kitchen equipment for preparation of food items such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Ensure workstation and equipment is clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Follow and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations
  • Meet all health department standards for safe food handling and operate equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations
  • Ensure that all levels for sanitize
