The Kitchen Supervisor position at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced cooks who thrive in fast-paced settings and take pride in delivering quality food and service to guests. This role can be either full-time or part-time, with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. The kitchen supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Sous Chef by overseeing dishwashers and porters, ensuring kitchen operations meet Delaware North's high standards regarding quality, consistency, and timeliness of food preparation and service. This position emphasizes maintaining strict sanitation procedures, organization, proper food storage, and adherence to health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe and efficient working environment.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong manual dexterity and familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, warmers, grills, and ovens. Physical ability to lift heavy pans and sustain long periods of standing and moving is required. Those with previous back-of-house experience and some participation or enrollment in a culinary program are preferred, but not mandatory. Job Requirements
- High school education desired
- Participation or enrollment in culinary program preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-house foodservice preferred
- Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
- Ability to lift and carry pans weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate dangerous kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to reach up to 6 to 7 feet, twist at waist, bend and squat
- Ability to push and pull equipment occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school education desired
- Participation or enrollment in culinary program preferred
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-house foodservice preferred
- Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
- Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Aid in the supervision and observation of dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef
- Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency and timeliness
- Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of work area
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area
- Utilize and sanitize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens
- Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to guidelines
- Ensure workstation and equipment is clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Follow and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations
- Meet health department standards for safe food handling and operate equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations
