Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance
- Monitor inventory levels, handle orders, and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus
- Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional
- Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods
