We are currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and kitchen operations. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee back-of-house activities during meal periods and banquets, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

In this supervisory position, you will manage and guide kitchen staff, provide training and leadership, monitor inventory levels, handle food orders, and control food costs efficiently. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to update and maintain menus, ensuring creativity and guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee kitchen maintenance, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and safe to use. This role requires close collaboration with the culinary team during high-volume meal periods and special events to guarantee smooth service delivery.

  • 3+ years of kitchen operations experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
