Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of cooking or culinary experience
- prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of cook/culinary experience
- previous Kitchen Supervisor or Lead Line Cook experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- culinary school diploma or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations
- prepare, cook and garnish food orders
- lead kitchen staff and provide training
- ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas
- manage inventory and supplies
- assist with scheduling and team coordination
