Job Duties

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards

  • Monitor food preparation and presentation in accordance with upscale dining standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with management to implement menu changes and improvements
  • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
